We recently refinanced our Mortgage, I made the mistake of signing up for a 7 year ARM at a very low rate and did not refi fast enough as rates started to increase. I worked in Banking for 20+ years so typically went with the Company I worked for so I have not worked with a broker in a very long time. I contacted 3 brokers for comparison and Chris was by far the best on rates, I was actually shocked with one of the quotes - which was higher than my current mortgage - not sure what the Broker was thinking. In addition to getting me a good rate in this environment Chris was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I know we will work with him again and if I know anyone who wants to refi or is buying I will refer be happy to refer them to Chris.
